new planning application for this site 20/00627/CEU This is a convoluted application to demonstrate that the Filter beds are not filter beds but a reservoir and have been without interruption for 10 years which is not the case. The last time they were drained was January 2018 and lapwing were foraging on bare mud. So please respond to this application as it is the council mainly leading through this retrospective application as they did with the tree felling in a conservation area |

Unconfirmed. At around 2pm, while driving up the A3 and waiting at the roundabout at Tolworth, I observed a bird which had the appearance of a falcon flying around the top of Tolworth Tower. On my way back I parked in Raeburn Avenue and again observed a bird having the jizz of a falcon flying above the top of the tower. From appearance (viewed at a distance without binoculars) I considered this likely to be a Peregrine. |
